摘　　要：文化育人是高职教育发展的基本职责和根本任务。重视与发挥高职院校文化育人功能,对高职院校学生综合素质提高有着十分重要的作用。通过解读何为"文化育人"以及阐述"文化育人"对促进高职院校学生综合素质提升的作用,提出加强价值观文化建设、推动教学文化建设和制度文化建设的三大策略。Cultural education is the basic function and task of higher vocational education. Paying attention to the role of cultural education and playing its role are of great importance to the improvement of higher vocational college students＇ comprehensive quality.Through the explanation of cultural education and its role in improving students＇ comprehensivize quality,three strategies are put forward,which are to strengthen the construction of cultural values,teaching culture and system culture.
