摘　　要：高校开展文化素质教育已近20年,然而文化素质教育边缘化的状态依然没有得到本质上的改变。鉴于地方师范院校在全国基础教育中的基础性及战略性地位,项目组对淮南师范学院的学生文化素质现状和淮南师范学院等5所地方师范院校的文化素质教育现状进行了较为全面的调查、评估和分析,以期为完善地方师范院校的文化素质教育提供依据和支撑。The cultural quality education in colleges of China has developed for almost twenty years but its marginalized status has not improved significantly. Considering the fundamental and strategic position of local universities in the nation-wide elementary education, our project team has investigated, evaluated and analyzed the current cultural-quality situation of the students in Huainan Normal University and the current situation of the cultural quality-oriented education in the five normal universities including Huainan Normal University, so as to offer the basis for the improvement of the cultural quality education in local normal universities.
