摘  要:教育理解是发生在教育世界中的一种意义重构的认识活动,是教育主体通过对教育过程本身和教育中各要素的内涵、本质的判断,以情境再现、切身体验、意义创生为指向的认知过程,进而生成教育经验,形成教育文化,最终实现人文同构。从个体发展和教育发展来看,教育理解的存在具有必要性。多义性、生成性、意向性、实践性是教育理解的特征。教育理解的价值主要体现在:在理解中澄清教育的基本问题;在理解中成就教师的专业发展;在理解中认识自我;在理解中推进教育实践。Educational understanding is a kind of cognition of reconstructing meaning which oc curred in the world of education, it is a cognitive process that the subject of education judge the process of education itself and the education connotation, the essence of each element of education , which behave situational representation, personal experience, meaning creation, and thus generating education experience, formating education culture, realizing the humanistic isomorphism finally. From the point of development of individual and education, the existence of educational understand ing is a necessity. The characteristic of educational understanding is polysemy, generative, inten tionality, practicality. The value of educational understanding mainly manifested in: clarifiing the basic problems of education; achieving the teachers' professional development;understanding your selves; promoting the practice of education.
