摘 要:目的 了解北京市市售婴幼儿食品重金属铅含量。方法 按照北京市行政辖区进行随机采样,按GB/T5009.12-2010 第一法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行检测。结果 共采集样品175件,包括婴儿、较大婴儿和幼儿食品采集样品54件,婴幼儿谷类辅助食品采集样品65件和婴幼儿罐装食品56件。铅元素的检测值范围在0.003 2~0.14 mg/kg,样品铅元素检测合格率100%。结论 北京市市售婴幼儿食品重金属铅无明显污染。Objective The purpose of this research was to understand the content of lead in commercial infant food in Beijing. Methods The samples were randomly selected based on the division of urban areas in Beijing, and the samples from the outer sub- urbs were analyzed by stratified random sampling. The samples were analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry according to 〈(GB/TS009.12-2010)). Results One hundred and seventy-five samples were collected, including 54 food samples for babies, infants and young children, 65 infant cereal samples and 56 canned food items for infants. Lead concentrations ranged from 0.0032 to 0.14 mg/kg, with a qualification rate of 100 %. Conclusion There was no obvious lead contamination for commercial infant food in Beijing.
