摘 要:目的测定绩独活(重齿毛当归)中挥发性成分。方法采用顶空进样—气相色谱—质谱(HS-GC-MS)联用技术,并通过所用质谱库(NIST 11.L)检索研究其挥发性化学成分组成,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果共分辨出235个色谱峰,鉴定出99个化学成分,约占总挥发性成分含量的85.23%。结论该实验所建立的方法分离效果较好,所鉴定组分较准确,能够较全面反映出独活中的主要挥发性成分,为其进一步开发应用研究提供了科学依据,有一定的参考价值。Objective To determine the volatile components in Jiduhuo(Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata Shan et Yuan). Methods The volatile components of Duhuo were evaluated by HS-GC-MS and NIST Mass Spectral Database. The relative contents in each component were determined by area normalization. Results Two hundred and thirty-five peaks were separated and 99 compounds were identified,amounting to 85. 23% of the total content. Conclusions The method established showed a good separation result and more accurate identification of components. In addition,the main volatile components in Duhuo can be fully reflected by this method,which provides scientific basis for further development,application and research,and has certain value for reference.
