对西部民族地区职业教育立法的探讨

摘  要:立法能平衡职业教育多元主体之间的利益,保障职业教育健康发展。西部民族地区尚未形成全面、系统的职业教育法律和法规,立法相对滞后。应加强立法,建立完善的职业教育法律体系,对西部民族地区职业教育的实施原则、管理体制、投入机制、民族语言文字、民族传统文化、职业教育与宗教的关系等方面内容做出明确规定。Legislation can balance the interests of vocational education among multiple subjects and safeguard the healthy development of vocational education. A comprehensive national laws and regulations system has not yet been formed in Western minority region. A sound legal system of vocational education should be established, which should makes clear the implementation of the principles of vocational education in western minority areas, management system, input mechanism, the national language, traditional culture, vocational education and aspects of the relationship between religion and other content.
