摘  要:从哲学的高度观察、分析或审视教育问题,教育的立足点是"人",教育必须坚持以人为本,以培养和造就对社会发展有用的人作为出发点和落脚点。以人为本的教育是主体间的系统指导学习,这种教育应当是民主教育和幸福教育;以人为本的教育同样蕴含着教师的专业发展,教师在培养人的过程中也必须不断地自我提升、自我发展、自我完善。While observing, analyzing and reviewing education from the perspective of philosophy, people can find that the foothold of education is "human being", and that education must insist regarding being people-oriented, cultivating human being who are favorable for social development as the starting point and the terminal point. People-oriented education is the systematic instruction and learning between subjects, and this education should be democratic education and euphoria education. People-oriented education contains teachers' professional development and teachers must self-improve, self-develop and selfperfect while cultivating human beings.
