摘  要:目的为食品卫生监督人员提供蜡样芽胞杆菌对本市部分食品污染的监管数据。方法根据国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册及食品安全国家标准进行检验。结果监测3年3类208份食品样本,共检出蜡样芽胞杆菌26株,阳性率为12.50%。结论呼市市售食品受到蜡样芽胞杆菌一定程度的污染,熟制米面制品污染最为严重,流通环节以农贸市场检出率最高。Objective In order to provide guidance of scientific data for health supervision,an investigation of food contamination by Bacillus cereus in Hohhot was completed. Methods samples were examined for presence of Bacillus cereus according to monitoring manual of food borne pathogens and GB/T 4789-2010. Results Among 208samples from 3 foods, 26 (12.50%) Bacillus cereus isolates were identified. Conclusion Foods in Hohhot are contaminated by Bacillus cereus, particularly in cooked products of wheat flour and rice, the highest positive rate of Bacillus cereus in the farmer's market.
