以职业岗位为导向的高职药物制剂课程改革

摘　　要：职业教育的最终目标是培养学生解决生产服务行业实际问题的综合能力。对于高职制药相关专业学生来说,他们未来将在医药行业的一线就业,实践能力非常重要。在确定培养目标的基础上,探索药物制剂课程改革,构建以职业岗位为导向,以学生为主体,以药物制剂综合职业能力为核心的教学体系,培养学生的综合能力。The ultimate goal of vocational education is to cultivate students comprehensive ability of solving practical problems in manufacturing and service industries. Practical ability is very important for the students of higher vocational pharmaceutical or related majors because they will be on the production line of pharmaceutical industry in future. On the basis of training objective being determined, we should explore curriculum reform of pharmaceutical preparation, construct the teaching system with students being the principle which is guided by occupation and centered on comprehensive vocational ability of pharmaceutical preparation to cultivate students comprehensive abilities.
