摘　　要：设C是Banach空间X的有界闭凸集.通过可逼近集的判定方法以及James弱紧集判定定理,证明了C是弱紧的当且仅当对于X上的每个等价范数|·|,C在(X,|·|)中均是可逼近的.Let C be a bounded closed convex subset of a Banach space X.With the help of the criterion on the proximinal sets and the James theorem,we prove that C is weakly compact if and only if for every equivalent norm ｜·｜ on X,C is proximinal in （X, ｜·｜）. This improves the conclusion of Zhou and Lou.
