摘  要:大学教师作为专业人员,从事的是具有学术性的专业活动,其专业成长的核心内容是学术能力的提高。大学教师的学术能力首先是学术研究能力,包括研究者自身的学术思维能力、运用学术研究方法的能力和掌握学术规范的能力。其次是学术性教学能力,即以学术研究成果为内容,以培养学生独立、自主、创新、选择和反思批判能力为核心目的的教学方式。大学教师学术研究能力是进行学术性教学的前提。大学学术性质要求大学教师必须具有较强的学术能力。大学学术研究与教学互为体用,不可分割。As academic professionals, college teachers should show major concern with professional develop-ment in academic ability. The academic ability of college teachers is muhivariant. What comes first is the ability ofacademic research, including the researcher ability of academic thinking, ability of applying research methods andability of observing the academic norm. Next, there comes the ability of academic teaching, which requires theteacher to instruct the students with the results of his academic research in the teaching model whose key aim is todevelop the students in independent, autonomous, innovative, selective and reflective-critical abilities. The abilityof academic research of college teachers is the pre-condition for academic teaching, which is interrelated and insep-arable to college academic research.
