案例教学法在军队医院管理教学中的应用

摘　　要：通过分析案例教学法的自身特点,论述实施案例教学法在军队医院管理教学中的意义,并提出案例教学法的组织方法,总结其中存在的问题。实践证明,在医院管理学教学过程中应用案例教学法,提高学员分析和解决问题的能力,激发学员的主观能动性,培养其创新思维能力,加深学员对基本原理和概念的理解,取得良好的教学效果。Combing with the characteristics of case teaching , the article discussed the implementation of case teaching in the course of military hospital management , put forward the organizing method of case teaching , summarized the related problems .It was proved that the application of case teaching has improved the students＇ability of analyzing and solving problems , stimulated the students＇subjective initiative , cultivated their innovative thinking ability , deepened the students＇understanding of basic principles and concepts .
