高等教育本科层次中外合作办学探索

摘　　要：中外合作办学顺应了教育国际化发展趋势、拓宽了教育资源渠道、引进了国内经济和社会发展急需的学科和专业、培养了一批高素质的师资队伍、促进了教育教学改革。但在中外合作院校的层次和质量、引进教育资源的优化和整合、办学的管理、师资队伍以及社会认知度等方面存在一些问题。为了加快高等教育本科层次中外合作办学的发展,还需要政府从宏观层面发挥监管作用,高校从微观层面发挥自我监控作用。Chinese-foreign cooperation in running universities is in line with the developing trend of education being international,which enriches education resources,introduces disciplines and specialties being badly in need for the domestic economic and social development,cultivates many highly qualified teachers and promotes educational reform. But there are a lot of problems in the aspects as level and quality of the Chinese-foreign cooperative universities,optimizing and integration of the introduced educational resources,management of running universities,teachers,and social recognition. In order to speed up the development of the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running uni-versities in the four-year university education,the monitoring function of the government from the point of macro level and self-control function of the universities form micro level are needed.
