摘 要:随着工作生活质量运动的兴起与推动,教师工作生活质量问题日益成为学者们关注焦点和研究议题,研究内容主要包括教师工作生活质量内涵、内容结构与评价指标、影响因素、现状调查与改进策略等方面。教师工作生活质量研究虽然取得一些成果,但也存在着研究缺失与不足。未来的研究应进一步加强基本概念的科学界定,重视研究取向的优化整合,注重研究内容的拓展与深化,以及研究方法的多元综合,从而推动教师工作生活质量研究向纵深方向发展。With the development of work and life quality campaign , the quality of teachers’ work and life has increasingly become the focus of researchers . Previous research on teachers’ work and life quality mainly involves its connotation , content structure and evaluation index , influencing factors , the currucent situation investigation and improvement strategy of ,etc .Though great achievements have been yielded , there are also some shortcomings in the previous studies . Therefore , future research should further strengthen the scientific definition of basic concepts , attaches great importance to the integration of research orientation , highlight the expanding and deepening of the research content as well as the multivariate composition of research methods , so as to further promote the research on the quality of teachers'work and life .
