摘　　要：选择食品分析类课程的相关教学条件、教学模式进行了改革尝试,以促进相关专业师范生知识与技能的双加强。认为"把课堂还给师范生",满足了最需要教学舞台的师范生入职前培养的核心需求,可作为师范教育改革的中心和重点环节,也可能是改革难点的破解办法之一。We tested the reform of the teaching conditions and teaching mode for food analysis courses, and reinforced both of their knowledge basis and teaching skill for the students. Backing classroom to normal student meets the core requirement of the students in normal universities who indeed want a teaching stage. It can aet as central and important link and may lead to the solution of the aporia of teaching reform.
