摘　　要：道德对于社会主义法治建设具有重要功能。从外在的表现形态而言,道德可以分为价值和规范两个方面。这就具体地决定了道德对于法治的两重功能。作为价值形态的道德,其功能主要表现为对于法治的论证与引领;作为规范形态的道德,其功能则在于为法治设定伦理的路径。Morality is very important in the socialist legal construction. In terms of the external forms, morality can be classified as value and standard, which specifically decides the double functions of morality to the rule of law. As the morality in the value form, its function expresses the argument and guide of the rule of law. While the morality in the standard form, its function lies in the ethics path configured by the rule of law.
