芬兰医学教育的发展对我国的启示

摘　　要：本文通过从临床医学教育、护理教育、医学教育实践三个方面介绍和分析了芬兰医学教育改革和发展的特点、理念、成功做法,并对我国医学教育进行了展望。建议完善我国的终身医学教育体系,加强医学教育实践教学的软硬件条件,树立人文医学教育为核心的终身学习的理念。芬兰的医学教育改革和发展的实践经验,有助于加快和完善我国的医学教育制度建设,值得学习和借鉴。The characteristics,concept and success in the period of development and reforms on medical education in Finland was introduced and analyzed in these three aspects,including clinical medical education,nursing education and medical education practice,as well as the researches on the domestic medical education are prospected.The life-long learning system should be optimized,as well as the software and hardware conditions should be reinforced and the medical humanities oriented concept of life-long learning system should be fostered.The practical experiences in Finland’s reform on medical education will definitely facilitate to speed up and improve the development in medical education system.It’s worth learning from and taking as reference.
