摘　　要：统计学作为高职经济和管理类专业的基础课程,是学生认识问题与解决问题的重要手段和工具。在教学中,要本着对学生负责的态度,改变传统的教学观念,顺应以就业为导向的要求。要通过科学合理的教学方式方法,全面提升学生的学习效果,培养出适合社会需要的复合型人才。Statistics as the basic course of higher vocational econom ics and management specialty is an important means and tool for students to understand and solve problems. In the teaching, the teacher should beresponsible for students, change traditional teaching concept, and comply with the requirem ents. Through scientific and reasonable teaching methods, it improves the students＇ study effect, and cultivates interdisciplinary talents suitable for the need of society.
