摘　　要：高职院校工作任务管理系统可实现学校工作任务的全过程管理,尤其是能够提高领导层的决策能力和缩短决策响应时间,并可以有效组织各部门进行协同工作。在此,对高职院校工作任务管理系统的内涵界定、建设目标、开发思路等方面进行了详细阐述,以期为工作任务管理系统在高职院校的推广和使用提供有益的参考。The task management system in higher vocational colleges can realize the whole process management of school working task management. Especially it can improve leadership decision-making ability and shorten the response time, and can effectively organize all departments to work together. H ere, the paper elaborates the connotation definition of the working task management system inhigher vocational colleges, construction goal, and the thinking line for developm ent, so as to provide the beneficial reference for the prom otion and use of w orking task m anagem ent system in higher vocational colleges.
