摘　　要：以敏捷虚拟企业为背景,对其知识网络进行研究,在分析构建知识网络必要性的基础上,利用web2.0技术构建知识网络模型,分析知识网络特征、构成要素及运行方式等。最终建立的知识网络概念模型有助于组织识别、建立知识网络,为知识网络能力的研究奠定基础。This paper researches on the knowledge network of agile virtual enterprise.On the basis of analyzing the necessi-ty of building knowledge network,we use web2.0 to build a knowledge network model to analyze the characteristics,ele-ments and operation methods of knowledge network.Then we establish a knowledge network conceptual model to help the organizations identify the knowledge network.
