摘 要:古学与今学是东汉经学研究的两个重要概念,它们内涵复杂,既指两组不同的经典,也指不同的学派和学统,也涉及不同的治学方法、阐释体系和风格。古学、今学观念的形成主要是因为西汉"独尊儒术"之后博士学官与民间儒学研究的制度性对立。它们同西汉时期的古文、今文概念有关联,但是不同。The ancient learning and modern learning are two significant ideas with the complex connotations in the study of Confucian classics in the Eastern Han Dynasty, representing the two groups of distinct classics while signaling the different academic schools and traditions as well as involving the different scholarship methods, explicating systems and styles. The formation of the ideas on the ancient and modern learning is mainly due to the institutional opposition in the Confucian studies between the doctor officers and the folk. While these ideas are related to the concepts of the ancient and modern prose, they are distinct from each other.
