摘 要:利用高效薄层色谱技术建立了检测饮料中26种人工色素的快速定性和定量分析方法。饮料样品1︰1稀释后直接在高效薄层铝板点样展开,通过颜色和Rf与26种人工色素标准薄层色谱板对比定性,薄层色谱扫描仪定量。该方法无需前处理,能够快速定性,准确定量,实现饮料产品的大批量检测,26种人工色素的回收率在82%~103%之间,RSD在0.9%~12.7%之间。The rapid detection method for 26 kinds of qualitative and quantitative artificial colors in beverage was established by high performance thin layer chromatograph. The samples of beverage were diluted and spotted on the aluminium plate, and Were spread by spread solvent The qualitative detection was completed through Rfvalue and color which were contrasted with the standard plate of 26 kinds of artificial colors, and the quantitative were completed by the instrument ofthrough high performance thin layer chromatograph. This method was qualitative rapidly and quantitative accurately without pre-processing, which could be realized batch detection for beverages and the value of recovery in the range of 82%-103%, and RSD were 0.9%-12.7%.
