摘　　要：本文就如何改革药理学实验教学,促进创新型人才培养做了探讨。具体措施包括:精选实验内容;更新教学手段和教学方法;建立合理的实验考核体系;注重实验教师队伍建设促进创新性人才培养等。In this paper,methods of improving the pharmacology experiment teaching and promoting the innovative personnel training were studied. And the main measures includes Selection of experiment content; renewing teaching means and teaching methods; establishing reasonable experimental evaluation system; reinforcement of the construction of teachers to promote the training of innovative personnel.
