简论自学考试在构建终身教育体系中的三大平台功能

摘　　要：高等教育自学考试制度自颁布以来,已为国家培养数千万高素质人才,是国家构建终身教育体系的重要学习平台。随着普通高校招生规模持续多年的快速增长,自学考试参学参考人数出现大幅下滑现象。要发挥自学考试在构建终身教育体系中的重要作用,应充分认识自学考试的教育属性和社会化学习功能。本文对自学考试的社会化学习平台功能与配置、国家考试平台功能与配置、权威认证平台功能与配置进行探讨,以期促进自学考试健康发展。Self-taught Examination System has made a great contribution in cultivating tens of millions of talents since it was established. It serves as a key learning platform for constructing lifelong education system. However, with the rapid growth of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of self-taught examinees decreases sharply. To fully play the role of Self-taught Examination＇ s function in constructing lifelong education system, its education attribute and socialization learning function should be fully recognized. This paper discusses Self-taught Examination＇ s socialization learning platform function and its configuration, Self- taught Examination＇ s national examination platform function and its configuration, and Self-taught Examination＇ s certification authority platform function and its configuration in order to promote better development of Self-taught Examination.
