摘　　要：尹文子在中国名学史上占有一席之地,虽然后人在其学术流派归属问题上有所争议,但是冠之以名家身份当无可非议。尹文子名学思想主要表现在形名有别、形以定名、名实互检、以名定事、名实相符、名正则分定等方面,同时又与现代语言符号学之间存在着某种契合之处。毋庸置疑,尹文子的名学思想对名家理论体系的构成、内涵的丰富起到不可或缺的作用,也在战国时期"名辩"思潮中形成自身独立而有特色的景致。我们应该充分认识尹文子名学的地位和价值,避免其遭受西方逻辑学的遮敝,从而令其光芒不灭。Yin Wenzi has his place in the history of Chinese Ming thoughts, although there is contro-versy later on his academic school, but it should not be doubted to name him a Ming school master. YinWenzi＇ s Ming thoughts is mainly manifested in that object differs from its name, object should specify itsname, name and reality should check mutually, things should be specified by their names, reality shouldbe worthy of the name , name OK, the rule is determined ,and there is some fit with Modern LanguageSemiotics. Undoubtedly, Yin Wenzi＇ s Ming thoughts played an essential role in the theoretical systemconstitution and contents enriching of Chinese Ming thoughts, also formed its own independent and u-nique views in Mingbian thought trend in the Warring States period . We should fully understand the val-ue of Yin Wenzi＇ s Ming thoughts, avoid its being covered by Western logic, and make it glow immortal-ly.
