摘  要:教师专业信念是教师素养的重要组成部分。西部农村教师职业认同感不强,发展意识和发展规划能力不高,教学理念需要提升。导致问题的原因包括:城市化进程中不合理的师资配置制度,农村教师福利不足、传统教育观念的制约、评价制度不合理以及教师发展支持体系缺失等。Teachers' professional belief is an important compo-nent of teachers' quality. The professional self-identity of teach-ers in western rural areas is weak, and their ability of develop-ment consciousness and plan is also weak, so their teaching ideas should be improved. The causes of the problems include: irra-tional teaching staff allocation system in the process of urbaniza-tion, insufficient welfare of rural teachers, limitation of traditional education ideas, irrational evaluation systems, and deficiency of a supporting system for teachers' development.
