摘　　要：本文调查了西南林业大学2010级外国语学院68名英语专业学生从专四到专八阶段英语写作中词汇复杂性的发展。以期找到从专四到专八考试接近两年的英语学习中学生写作中词汇发展状况,并与学校的课程设置及学生作文训练情况相联系,对实际教学起到一定的指导作用。To examine the vocabulary development of the writings from TEM-4 to TEM-8, 68 English majors from School of For-eign Languages Studies of SWFU are chosen to participate in this research. This research hopes to find out the connection among the syllabus, students＆#39; learning situation of writing and the im-provement of vocabulary use from TEM-4 to TEM-8, and thus provides some guidance for teaching.
