摘 要:提问是教师最常用的教学方法之一,而目前中小学教师提问的有效性却不高,调查和访谈结果表明中小学教师对提问的重视和研究还远远不够;学校对教师的评价制度也不能很好地促进教师对提问有效性进行研究,这些在很大程度上影响了中小学教师提问的有效性。要想提高提问的有效性,教师应增强提高提问水平的意识,课前进行充分的预设,课中和课后进行及时的反思以及科学地运用提问策略;学校应该努力建立更加合理的评价制度。Questioning is one of the most commonly techniques used by teachers,but now the effectiveness of teachers' question-ing in primary and secondary schools is not high. The results of the investigation and interview show that primary and secondary school teachers' attention and research of questioning are not e-nough;the teacher evaluation system is not good enough to pro-mote teachers' research on the effectiveness of questioning. The above two aspects have greatly affected the effectiveness of pri-mary and secondary school teachers' questioning.In order to im-prove the effectiveness of questioning,teachers should enhance the consciousness of questioning. Teachers should make well de-sign before class, use scientific questioning strategies in class and make timely reflection after class;schools should try to establish a more reasonable evaluation system.
