高职软件外包服务校企合作模式的探究与改进

摘　　要：针对高职软件外包服务专业校企合作过程中的问题,探讨校企合作的模式与思路。认为校企合作关系本质上是一种市场交易关系,遵循价值交换原则,高职院校在与企业合作过程中不可避免处于弱势地位,无法提供企业所需的相等价值,只能通过引入第三方来提供价值平衡。根据学院在校企合作过程中的有益经验,提出IT职业培训机构可作为理想的第三方候选代表共同参与到校企合作中。Based on the analysis of the problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation on the specialty ot software outsourcing service in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores better mode and idea of school-enterprise cooperation.The essence of school-enterprise cooperation is a kind of market relationship,following the principle of exchange value.The higher vocational colleges are inevitably in a weak position in the process of cooperation between enterprises,unable to provide the equal value required for the enterprises,only to introduce the third party to provide the value balance.According to the useful experience in the cooperation process,this paper proposes that the IT occupation training institutions could be used as the ideal third party candidate to participate in the school-enterprise cooperation.
