摘  要:基于中国企业组织背景,通过问卷法探讨企业员工职涯成功的结构及其与主观幸福感、组织承诺的关系。结果表明:企业员工的职涯成功是一个多维度的结构,具体包括经济成功、职业地位、胜任能力、自我实现和关系资源,企业员工的职涯成功观兼具个人取向和社会取向特征;此外,职涯成功状态对企业员工感知的主观幸福感和组织承诺具有显著预测作用,但职涯成功的不同维度具有差异化的预测效果。This study examined the structure of Chinese employee's career success and its relation to relevant variables by surveying a large sample of employees from a diverse set of Chinese occupations and organizations. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that employee's career success was a fivedimension construct in China. The five dimensions included money/salary, social status, knowledge/skill/ability, self-value realization, and social network. Hierarchical regression analyses indicated that career success explained additional variance in both subjective well-being and organizational commitment after controlling for several relevant variables(demographic, human capital, organizational, and industry). Moreover, results also demonstrated that different factors of career success had different effect onemployee's subjective well-being and organizational commitment.
