摘  要:顶岗支教实习是目前我国高等师范院校教育实习的重要形式,不仅对高等师范生实践能力的培养具有积极的作用,而且可以补充农村学校师资,有利于农村中小学教育质量的提高。当前,高等师范院校学生顶岗支教实习存在岗前培训学生态度、学识、能力等方面的不适应,顶岗过程中的岗位混乱以及总结阶段科学、合理的评定标准的缺乏等问题。提高高等师范院校学生顶岗支教实习的效果,应完善管理体系,重视实践引导和专业指导,制定严格的评价标准,并认真审核支教学校的资格。On-the-post teaching practice is an important form of educational practice in the higher normal colleges in China, which not only plays a critical role in training students' practical ability, but also complements the teaching staff in the rural schools, helping to improve the educational quality of rural primary and middle schools. Currently, however, there exist such problems in the on-the-post teaching practice of higher normal college students as students' inadaptability in their attitude, knowledge and capability at the stage of pre-job training, the confusion and chaos of posts at the stage of teaching practice and the lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation standards at the stage of summary. To improve the effect of on-the-post teaching practice, it is necessary to perfect the management system, underline the importance of practical and professional guidance, formulate strict evaluation standards and examine carefully the qualifications of schools which will provide the on-the-post teaching practice.
