Evaluation of High School IT Teachers' Professional Knowledge Level Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)——A Case in Northeast of China

摘  要:教师专业知识是教师专业素质的核心,信息技术教师专业知识研究是信息技术教育研究的重要课题之一。该文基于马云鹏教授提出的教师专业知识基本框架,结合高中信息技术学科的特殊性建构了高中信息技术教师专业知识框架,并运用层次分析法构建了高中信息技术教师专业知识水平评价模型;然后运用评价模型的指标层设计调查问卷,对东北三省403名在职高中信息技术教师进行问卷调查和定量评价。结果发现:高中信息技术教师专业知识水平总体偏低;在专业知识中学科课程知识掌握程度相对较好,其次是一般教育教学知识,再次是学科教学知识,最后是信息技术学科知识;高中信息技术教师群体的专业知识和其中的信息技术学科知识呈反"S"曲线分布,学科课程知识、一般教育教学知识、学科教学知识接近直线分布;高中信息技术教师存在低分非均衡型、低分均衡型、高分非均衡型、高分均衡型四种类型。期望该研究能为信息技术教师专业知识发展和专业知识标准评价体系提供有益借鉴。The centre of teachers' professional quality is the teachers' professional knowledge, the research of IT teachers' professional knowledge is one of hot topics in the field of IT education. In this paper, using the basic framework of teachers' professional knowledge proposed by professor Ma Yunpeng and combining with the particularity of high school IT course, it constructed the high school IT teachers' professional knowledge framework. It also built the evaluation model of high school IT teachers' professional knowledge level using AHP model. Based on the index system of the evaluation model, it designed questionnaires. Using the questionnaires it investigated 403 IT teachers who are on the job in the northeast district of China, and then evaluated it quantitatively using the AHP. It concluded that (1) the level of professional knowledge of the high school IT teachers was overall low. (2) In the professional knowledge level of the high school IT teachers, subject content knowledge was better than others, the second was educational theory knowledge, the third was the pedagogical content knowledge, and the last was the subject knowledge of information technology. (3) The distribution curves of professional knowledge and subject knowledge of information technology of the high school IT teachers liked "S", while the distribution curves of subject content knowledge, educational theory knowledge, and pedagogical content knowledge of the high school IT teachers were close to linear. (4) The high school IT teachers can be classified as low score disequilibrium, low score equilibrium, high score disequilibrium and high score balance.
