摘　　要：2001年,考纳斯宣布建立学习型城市。对考纳斯学习型城市建设进行研究,可以获得其学习型城市建设经验,并了解立陶宛乃至中东欧地区学习型城市建设进程。In 2001, Kaunas announced to establish a learning city. This paper is expected, through the case study of Kaunas, to obtain the experience of building learning city in Kaunas so as to understand the process of building learning cities in Lithuania and even in Central and Eastern Europe.
