摘　　要：专业化是当今教师教育研究不可避免的问题,也是国际教师教育研究的总体趋势。立足粤东地区职教师资现状、从区域视域出发探讨粤东区域性职教教师的专业化发展是一种崭新的研究视角。从路径选择和模式探索两方面对粤东区域性职教教师专业化进行实践探索,可以为区域性职教教师专业化研究提供参考。Professionalization has become an inevitable problem in today＇s teacher education trend of international teacher education research. Based on present situation of east-Guangdong vocational educational teachers and from regional perspective to explore the east-Guangdong regional vocational educational teachers＇ professionalization is a new research perspective. Explore the problem of east-Guangdong regional vocational educational teachers＇ professionalization from the two aspects of route and pattern may provide reference to regional vocational educational teachers＇ professionalization.
