摘  要:本文阐述了福州市开智学校音乐教育的现状,指出了在素质教育下小学音乐课程的改革内容:即优化教学手段,发展校本课程,使用信息技术,及音乐教学的策略:关注学科综合,面向全体学生,因材施教,提倡在音乐教学中发展学生的合适行为,消除不适行为,从而对该校音乐课程的改革进行探讨与研究。This paper describes the current situation of music education in Fuzhou School for Mentally Retarded, and points out what should be reformed about primary school music curriculum in the context of quality education : optimizing teaching methods, the development of school-based curriculum, the use of information technology, and about music teaching strategies : paying attention to the comprehensive aspects of subjects, caring for all students, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, advocating the development of appropriate behavior of students in music teaching, while eliminating their inappropriate behavior.
