摘　　要：高职院校协同创新平台是在政府主导、行业指导下,由具有资源优势的高职院校牵头,联合区域内中小企业和院校等创新主体,在共同利益和意愿的基础上,通过契约和协议的形式组建的利益实体。实现协同创新平台的有效运行,需要建立相关组织机构,规范运行管理,根据平台特点可采取资源共用、人员互通、利益共享、风险共担等协同模式。Higher vocational colleges collaborated with innovation platform which is in the guidance of government and in- dustry, led by higher vocational colleges with resource advantage, combined with regional small and medium-sized enter- prises and occupation colleges are interest entities. They base on mutual interest and desire by contract and agreement form of mutual openness, integration, interdependence and mutual promotion. In 2012, Hebei Institute of Electromechani- cal Vocation Technology as the leader established the ＂metal material processing and digital prototyping collaborative innovation platform＂. After nearly two years of construction, we established organization, standardized the operation management, explored a variety of collaborative models and cultivated a high level of regional innovation team collaborated with innovation platform, which make achievements in region-influenced scientific research and social service.
