摘　　要：法律教育是高等教育的有机组成部分,但教育制度只是整个社会结构的一个组成部分。因此,良好的法律教育必然依赖于整个社会结构的进化而得以实现其价值和意义。但这并不妨碍研究法律教育独特的价值内涵,研究其价值内涵并切实落实到教育当中去,不仅是寻求师范学校内涵式发展的新的途径,在一定程度上也可以从教育层面积极地推动国家整个法治建设的进程。Law education is an organic part of the whole higher education system,and education institution is one component of the whole social structure as well. Therefore,the appropriate law education is expected to realize its values in accordance with the advance-ment of the overall social structure. However,it is not an obstacle for us to conduct research on the unique values and the characteris-tics of law education. Furthermore,the research results should be solidly applied to the practice of law education,which paves a new way for normal universities to seek the intensional development and actively pushes the progress of national legal system construction from the educational aspect.
