特殊教育期刊在聋人文化建设中的关系与作用

摘　　要：聋人文化是人类文化的一部分,是聋人群体的语言、心理、行为、习俗的集中反映。中国应该积极地研究和发展聋人文化。作为传媒文化的一部分,特殊教育期刊与聋人文化存在一定的联系,对建设聋人文化有着不可替代的责任与作用,应该正确面对聋人文化的批评,积极地宣传聋人文化的核心价值观,推进手语和聋人视觉艺术的研究,促进世界聋人文化与中国聋人文化的结合,提升聋人群体的教育品质和生活品位。Deaf culture, as a part of human culture, reflects the language, psychology, behavior and customs of deaf communities. China should actively research and develop deaf culture. As a part of media culture, journals of special education have a close relationship with deaf culture and have a irreplaceable responsibilities and func- tions in the construction of deaf culture. We should face the criticism from deaf culture, publicize the core values of deaf culture, push the research of sign language and deaf visual arts, advance the combination of deaf culture at home and abroad and promote the education quality and life taste of deaf communities positively.
