摘　　要：通过分析我国高职院校校园文化建设中所面临的问题,提出将地方文化、企业文化与校园文化相融合的模式,尝试利用优秀地方文化树立起学生们的主流文化意识,利用优秀的企业文化塑造出学生们的职业意识,充分发挥校园文化的作用和意义,提升高等职业教育的育人水平。By analyzing the problems of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, it is proposed to fuse the local culture, corporate culture and campus culture. The model intends to establish students＇ mainstream cultural awareness by the excellent local culture, set up the professional awareness by excellent corporate culture, give full play to the role and significance of the campus culture and enhance the level of higher vocational education.
