摘  要:采用酶法耦合高压脉冲电场技术,从竹叶中综合提取竹叶黄酮、茶多酚和竹叶多糖三种活性成分。通过正交试验确定酶法水提多糖、高压脉冲电场技术提取竹叶黄酮和茶多酚的最优化工艺。结果在复合酶浓度为1.0%,温度50℃,pH 5.5,酶解80min的条件下,竹叶多糖提取率为3.41%,提取多糖后的滤渣与60%乙醇按料液比1∶20匀质,在电场强度22kV/cm,脉冲数为9的条件下进行高压脉冲电场提取,黄酮提取率达到2.49%,茶多酚提取率可达1.26%。该工艺可有效地从竹叶中联合提取黄酮、茶多酚和多糖。By enzymatic coupling pulse electric field technology, extracting three active ingredients from bamboo leaves as flavonoids, polyphenols and polysaceharides. Determine the enzymatic aqueous extraction of polysaccharides, pulsed electric field technology to extract bamboo leaves flavonoids and polypbenols were optimization process by orthogonal experiment. Under conditions of the Composite enzyme concentration was 1%, temperature 50~C, pH 5.5, enzymolysis of 80min, the extraction rate of polysaccharides of bamboo leaves was 3.41%, the residue after extraction of polysaccharides with 70% ethanol by solid-liquid ratio of 1:20, 22kV/cm in the electric field intensity, pulse number 9 under the condition of high vohage pulse electric field to extract and flavonoids extraction rate reached 2.49%, tea polyphenols extraction rate can reach 1.26%. This process can be effectively union extraction of flavonoids, tea polyphenols and polysaccharides from bamboo leaves.
