摘　　要：随着城镇化和现代农业发展进程加快,农业人力资源市场新岗位人员需求层出不穷,新型农民迫切需求农业职业院校人才培养无缝对接市场人力资源相应岗位,缓解农业人才"就业难、用工荒"两困境。因此农业职业院校需以科学的范式,以新的思维模式构建农业职教体系,解决农业职业教育宏观与微观的现实问题。With the development of urbanization and modern agricultural development,the new staff needs emerge in an endless stream in agricultural human resources market,and the new farmers urgent to be needed. Making the market of human resources correspond the post personnel of agricultural occupation col-lege,and mitigating the two agricultural talents problem about‘the difficult employment,labor shortage’,agri-culture occupation colleges in science paradigm,with new thinking mode of agricultural vocational educa-tion system,solve the problems of agricultural occupation education in the macroscopic and microcosmic.
