多元社会视角下的民族高校学生工作

摘　　要：传统的高校思政理论并不能很好的指导新时期复杂多变的民族高校学生工作,往往将少数民族群体置于一个特殊状态下进行考量。而过分的区别对待非但无助于该群体当前正常参与集体学习生活,反倒容易催生民族主义意识和情绪。基于社会工作助人自助的伦理,文章构建了社会工作"平等自决"、"发展视角"、"优势视角"理论指导下的民族高校思政工作模式。并以社会工作者作为"使能者"、"支持者"的身份对民族高校学生进行"增权"的实践模式探讨。The traditional ideological and political theories can not guide the students work in national universities in the complicated and changeable new period because the minor ethnic groups have been considered and studied in special situation. On the other hand, over acted distinguishing of the group provides no help its members live a normal collective life and may cause midwifery of nationality consciousness and emotion. On the basis of the ethic of helping self and others, this paper constructed a social work model under the theoretical guidance of ＂equality and self decision＂, ＂developmental perspective＂ and ＂advantage perspective＂, and in perspectives of ＂enabler＂ and ＂supporter＂, explored the practice of ＂empowerment＂ for students in nationality universities.
