摘  要:农村义务教育是我国教育的重要基础,教师专业发展应引起足够的重视。农村教师的专业发展水平普遍较低,使教师整体素质得到提高、对农村教师进行专业发展的再培训就变得十分必要,特别对于在农村地区教师专业的发展而言,有一定的必然性。这些问题都要求亟待去正视,去思考,去解决。文章论述了农村教师队伍的现状、影响农村教师专业发展的因素、农村教师专业发展改进对策。Rural compulsory education is an important foundation of our education, and teachers' professional development should be stressed. The rural teachers' professional level is poor; therefore, it is of necessity to re-train these teachers with a view to improving their teaching quality. Anyhow, these problems remain to be faced, to be considered and to be solved. The author of this paper discusses the status quo of the teaching staff in the countryside, the factors affecting rural teachers' professional development and certain countermeasures to improve the situation.
