芒果皮果胶可食性膜的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：利用芒果皮提取果胶,制备芒果皮果胶——壳聚糖可食性膜。实验结果表明,当果胶含量40%、甘油2%时制备的可食性膜有较好的应用前景。Abstraet： Pectin was extracted from mango peel and the mango peel pectin-chitosan edible film was prepared in the paper. The results showed that that the optimal film formula consisted of 40 % pectin and 2 % glycerin. Keywords： chitosan; pectin; edible
