摘　　要：韩国高水平教育为韩国经济的发展奠定了基础,其职业教育体系日趋完善,韩国订单式教学规模大、有高素质专业实践教学师资队伍和完善的实践教学资源,我国应制定相应政策,提高校企合作广度和深度,双师队伍建设不仅重视数量发展更应注重质量提高,专业教学质量注重社会评价。The Korean education of high quality laid the foundation for the development of its economy, the system of vocational education is being perfected, the Korean ＇order form＇ train teaching is massive, has high quality of professional practice teaching personnel and comprehensive practice teaching resource, our country made the related polices, enhanced the range and depth of the cooperation between school and enterprise ,the development of double teaching personnel not only focused on the quantity but also quality, the professional teaching quality focused on the social assessment.
