摘　　要：随着就业形势的日益严峻,急需提升高职毕业生的实践应用能力。为此,河南机电高等专科学校计算机科学与技术系构建了"以就业为导向的高职三段一体化实践教学模式",并基于此进行课程体系建设,开展了校企合作、导师负责制、校内实训、校外顶岗实习、科技竞赛和职业认证等方面的改革与实践。With the increasingly severe employment situation, it is becoming more urgently to improve the practical application ability of higher vocational graduates. Therefore, Department of computer science and technology of Henan Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College has built ＂the employment oriented three sections of integrated practice teaching mode＂, and based on this, carries on the construction of curriculum system and the reform of the university-enterprise cooperation, the tutor responsibility system, internal training and external field work, science and technology competition and professional certification, etc.
