摘 要:根据《中医各家学说》的课程特点与教学目的,在教学中引入案例教学法(CBL)。经过一年的课程策划与试点教学,有92.4%的学生认为CBL较传统教学更能锻炼自己的中医思维,90.9%学生认为CBL教学有助于提高自身学习能力;通过试点班与平行对照班的对照研究,发现试点班学生对本课程更加认同,与平行班对比有明显的优势,显示该教学方法更有益于培养学生的临床能力与专业感情。The teaching method of case-based learning( CBL) has been introduced into the course of Various Schools' Doctrines,according to the course characteristics and teaching objectives. After one-year planning and pilot teaching,investigation shows that 92. 4% students think their trains of TCM thoughts would be cultured more efficiently by CBL than by traditional teaching method,while 90. 9% students think CBL would help improve their learning abilities. Controlled study shows that students in experimental classes take more agreement in the purpose of the course than those in the control classes,and students' clinical abilities and professional sentiment would be more conducive to be cultivated with CBL,with significant advantages comparing to traditional teaching method.
