摘　　要：培养学生创新意识、创新思维能力十分重要的环节是实践教学。培养高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才,要求改革传统的教学模式,建立新的教学质量观。本文通过对多种有机化学实验教学改革模式的思考,探讨了培养创新能力和知识综合运用能力双发展的高素质创新型化学人才的方向和路径。Laboratory education is a vital part to cultivate the mentality and the sense of innovation of the students. It is necessary to execute education reform and establish new standard of teaching, and conse- quently to train high quality specialists and experts of innovation. This paper investigates different means of organic chemistry laboratory education reform, and discusses the way to bring up students to chemis- try experts with high quality of innovation and knowledge.
