摘 要:心理幸福感关注人的潜能发挥和人的价值实现,是一种自我实现的幸福。作为一种健康的心理机制,心理幸福感的提高会影响员工的工作投入和工作业绩,并进一步影响组织目标的实现。本研究选取了组织支持、个人-组织匹配和核心自我评价三个变量,探讨它们对心理幸福感的直接影响以及他们的交互作用对心理幸福感的影响机制。通过对来自全国各地企业的431名员工进行调查,结果表明组织支持和个人-组织匹配能积极预测心理幸福感,核心自我评价调节了个人-组织匹配与心理幸福感之间的关系,同时核心自我评价调节了个人-组织匹配在组织支持和心理幸福感之间的中介作用。Psychological well-being focused on the potential of the human, and it's a kind of self-fulfilling happiness. Psychological wen-being can be seen as a health and psychological mechanism which will affect employee's work attitude and behavior. This study selected the organizational support, person-organization fit and core self- evaluation as dependent variables. Using the method of literature and questionnaire survey, this study selected the 431 employees from all parts of the country as subjects. After the data analysis this article gets these results: Firstly, both organizational support and person-orgenization fit are good prediction of psychological well-being. Secondly, core self-evaluation is the moderator variable between person-organization fit and psychological well-being. Thirdly, core self-evaluation is the moderator variable of the person-organization fit's mediation.
