论中小学校长的道德失范与重塑

摘　　要：中小学校长道德的失范表现为:校长对家长,关系扭曲;校长对教师,缺少尊重;校长对学生,不够关爱。这是因为:受市场经济的负面影响,中小学校长的观念发生了变化;社会对中小学校长的道德评价体系不够健全;社会各界对校长施加的压力比较大;部分校长自身道德修养较低。因此,要通过提升中小学校长的社会地位,弱化市场经济的负面影响,建立健全中小学校长的道德评价体系,合理缓解中小学校长的工作压力,不断提升校长自己的道德修养水平等途径,重塑中小学校长的道德,还教育本来的面目。The negative effects of the market-oriented economy have greatly influenced the ideas of primary and secondary school headmasters.The anomie of their moral principles includes the interest relationship between headmasters and parents,the suppressed relationship between headmasters and teachers and the lack of concern relationship between headmasters and students.And the ethics evaluation system has not been well built,and headmasters work under great pressure from all directions of the society.Besides,their moral principles are at a low level.So in order to restore true education,the social status of headmasters should be improved,the negative effects of the market-oriented economy should be weakened,a sound evaluation system of headmasters should be built and the job-pressure of headmasters should be reduced in a moderate way to improve their moral level and regain their moral principles.
